All dressed up and now where to go.
Im not going to spend too much time writing about this because Im still pretty pissed about it. But as you probably read in my last post, I was planning on attending the SEDC event this weekend in Atlanta. Well, I had everything packed up early Friday afternoon. When I got in the Corolla to leave, the damn thing didn’t start. Long story short, the starter AND the alternator both went out simultaneously. This ultimately left me stuck at home.

The good news, on the other hand, is that I heard the dM’s rep’d well at the event. Final results from today’s (Saturday) D1 Qualifier are still to be confirmed, but rumor has it that Drift Emporium took the top podium.
As of right now, I have two events in the near future that I’d like to attend. One of which is next weekend at Lowe’s Motorspeedway (N.C.). This will be determined how fast I can fix the car. If worse comes to worse, I’ll head up to Souteast Drift’s event in Nashville on April 4th (NSS). Its a little further of a trip, but Amanda and I have some local friends there we need to catch up with anyway. So it’ll be worth while.
