Resurrection is a beautiful thing.
For every end, there is a new beginning. The new DMGG2 Hood.
The end of an era.
m sad to say that the DMGGASD hood is no longer. For the last 6 months, its been kept outside and subjected to Mother Nature’s wrath.
A Soiree in the Hamptons
Its was this time one year ago that our dmggmasd event to the drift community by storm. In honor of that event, Andy pieced together some of Will’s footage into this gem. But keep in mind this video doesn’t display the typical drift event antics. Instead it really focuses on what the dmggmasd event was really about….. friends and keeping drifting fun. Enjoy.
Put down your croquet mallets, Make sure your slacks are pressed proper. Tuck your double-windsor beneath your sweater-vest, and join me for a toast. A toast to what may be the greatest soiree to ever grace a private racetrack… EVER. Never mind the posh locale and upscale attendees. Look past the dress-code and fashion-forward attitude displayed with arrogance. This members-only event rivals lavish country-club galas and exclusive Ivy-league reunion brunches.
This ‘drift’ video is my attempt to take a different approach by focusing on what makes events like these so special: the people.

** There’s some long breaks in between runs, so you may want to skip ahead. 4 runs in total.
Wrapped in Gossip.
Just realized I didn’t uplod this pic yet. Just before the DMGGMASD event, I printed out all 115 flyers that were designed and wrapped the hood of the 86 with as many as I could. This is how it turned out.
However, they’ve endured about 5 months of mother nature’s fury, so they’re a little faded and ugly now.

I could sit here and ramble on for days about this video, but honestly, Andy said it best:
